As we close out yet another school year, a heartfelt congratulations to the Palmer graduating class of 2024. These students had their Grade 8 year interrupted by COVID and then spent their subsequent years navigating the changes in themselves, the school, and the world around them.
Despite this, this year’s graduating class celebrated many achievements and we wish them all the best as they embark on their next phase.
In addition, we’d like to congratulate the Incentive grads of 2024 who will all be progressing onto a variety post-secondary schools including:
- UBC (10 students)
- SFU (5 students)
- University of Toronto (4 students)
- And 5 students attending other schools including BCIT, the University of Washington, and the University of Pennsylvania
Many in this Incentive graduating class also received recognitions, awards, or scholarships. Among this year’s group was the Class Valedictorian, Class Poet, and recipients of notable awards including the Jean Myron Memorial Scholarship ($2000), BCIT President’s Entrance award ($4000), UofT Dean’s Merit Award ($5000), and the Ted Rogers Legacy Scholarship ($100,000).
