Happy December everyone! As we approach the end of the year, please note the tentative dates for the upcoming Incentive application process. The following dates are subject to change so please make sure to check the website regularly for up to date information. The application timeline for the Sept 2025 Grade 8 class is as follows:
- January 6, 2025 – Applications open online
- January 23, 2025 – Spotlight on Palmer (Incentive Information Session at 7:30pm)
- January 31, 2025 – Applications close at 3:00pm
- February 3-28, 2025 – Richmond School District Transfer Application Round 1
- February 18, 2025 – Math & English Entrance exam for all applicants
- March 4, 2025 – Interviews for selected applicants
- March 8, 2025 – Application decisions emailed
- March 13, 2025 – Deposit & Form deadline for accepted students

Applications for the Sept 2025 Grade 9-11 classes will be open between April 28 – May 9, 2025.
*Please note that due to the accelerated math and science curriculum, applicants for the Grade 9 class must self-study the Math 9 and Science 9 material and take a proficiency exam in May to demonstrate appropriate preparation to begin Grade 10 level content. Please speak with Mr. Liang for more information.
