Please print the form linked below and have it completed by your child’s Grade 7 teacher (following the instructions on the form).

The completed form may then be submitted electronically or when the student comes to Palmer for the Entrance Exams on their scheduled date. 

The final deadline to submit the electronic Teacher Reference Form is Tuesday February 15, 2022
